Shinto and Buddhism are the primary religions of Japan. According to the annual statistical research on religion in 2018 by the Government of Japan's Agency for Culture Affairs, 66.7 percent of the population practices Buddhism, 69.0 percent practices Shintoism, 7.7 percent other religions.
Sports play a significant role in Japanese culture. Sumo, judo and karate are traditional Japanese sports and baseball, soccer and rugby have been adopted from other cultures. Sumo is the national sport of Japan and to this day is primarily practiced only in Japan.

If you are going to Japan you should go to Tokyo that is basically the Time Square of Japan there is a lot of stores they can go to free games, clothing, electronics, and movies there are a lot of things that you can get from there if you are visiting but there are a lot of people at Tokyo so it might be crowded
